Jelly Bean Bark

When I saw this recipe flying around I was pretty excited about it.  It makes a great addition to Easter baskets, and I don't think you will ever find an easier recipe.

It's as simple as melting 12 oz of white chocolate, mixing in 2 Tbsp. of shortening and about a cup and a half of jelly beans.  Spread parchment paper on a cookie sheet, and spread it to a single layer of jelly beans with a little wiggle room between them (just make sure the chocolate fills the holes).  Put it in the freezer for a good while (at least an hour, I would say) to set up.  Then break it and store it (I froze mine) in air-tight bags.  My husband calls this "Jelly Bean Cocaine"  because of it's addictive nature.  ;)
